Wednesday Dinner

The produce stands have been amazing here and we picked up some fresh vegetables. We decided to cook the squash with the ostrich sausages and make a salad with the fresh vegetables. It was as our students say...Yummy!

Fresh edamame boiled for 10 minutes. It was the best edamame I've ever eaten!

Our fresh vegetable dinner (with ostrich sausage) topped off with a glass of wine.
