Seriously?

Yes. We had another salad again for dinner tonight. It's not only that the vegetables are fresh, they have so much flavor. I guess because it is locally grown then it is better than vegetables that are shipped to the stores. I knew that but I guess it has been an eye opener for us and when we go back to Numazu then we are going to look for locally grown vegetables. We bought some corn but we forgot to buy butter. Didn't matter. It was the sweetest and most delicious corn on the cob I've ever had. I might become a vegetarian after this trip. Well...maybe after tomorrow when we go to a lamb restaurant for lunch. 🙂
