Sometimes we see names of places or things in Japan and we aren't really sure what they mean. Why is this place called "Laugh"? Nothing on the menu indicates laughter or would make you chuckle if you ever visited. Maybe it is just the idea of if you went in maybe, you would find life amusing. I really don't know.
